Words and pictures

You look like you should be in a George Strait video... "Guitar phenom ridin' his John Deere!"

Hey kids,

Shut the eff up, willya? Ya talk too much! That's right.... speech-therapy boy, I'm talkin' to YOU.

Between the last day of school and today, you've nailed your "S" sounds. If anything, you've started over-compensating them a bit. I've had you say the word "walrus" a million times the past couple of days, cuz it comes out so damn cute: wahl-risssss. You finally flop back in your seat, sigh, and say, "I can't do it. No more, momma. No more WAHL-RISSSSSS."

WAHL-RISSSSSS... Argh. So adorable.

Wavy, for some reason, you've developed a South-uhn accent. "Wavy" comes out "why-veee". Again, adorable. You've added that lately to your repertoire of:

-- Momma
-- Dada
-- Jakob
-- Water
-- Bye-Bye
-- Hi
-- Peekaboo
-- Ouch!
-- Hot!
-- Wheeeeeeee!
-- the ABC song
-- Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
-- Lullabye and Goodnight
-- Wheels on the Bus
-- (and of course...) "Yeah" and "No"

I finished up the Cracker/Camper poster this week, got it approved by the concert promoter and it goes to the printer sometime next week:

Here's a couple just cuz I think they're funny. The second one looks like an Ann Geddes shoot gone terribly, terribly wrong:

Arts and culture on the back patio:

Like a United Colors of Benetton ad, only without the super-cute clothes:

Good night! Love you!
